What to Wear
- Please remove all jewelry before coming to the Club (that way you can't lose it!)
- Wear loose clothing that will allow free movement-- try to avoid buttons, zippers and snaps!
- Bodysuits are available through our boutique and we highly recommend wearing one!
- Tie your hair back, so it doesn't get in your face.
- There is space in the restrooms for changing and hooks to hang your clothes on.
No food, drink, or gum is allowed in the gym area. There is a Frutopia machine in the lobby or you may bring a water bottle to keep in the lobby during class.
