Competitive Trampoline
To compete in trampoline, athletes must be committed to a high level of training. At competitions, athletes are marked on form, height and routine content. Routines contain 10 skills, and each athlete must perform two different routines at a competition.
There are various levels of competition for trampoline, including a Beginner level which does not allow any flips. As the athlete progresses from Interclub level to Provincial level to National level, the difficulty increases along with the complexity and number of flips in a routine.
This is a year-long program starting in September and running through June with monthly fees.
